amd-opencl-dev software package provides AMD OpenCL development files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install amd-opencl-dev
amd-opencl-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the amd-opencl-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep amd-opencl-dev *
You will get with amd-opencl-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
